Refund Policy

You can request a refund by emailing us at support@axisacademy.co stating your wish to receive a refund and your full name.

All Membership Fees are fully earned upon payment and are non-refundable, except during the first 30 days from the beginning of the Membership Period, and only if you have viewed no more than 65% of the lessons.

General terms apply to all refund-eligible Services. Additionally, specific terms may apply to certain services, as outlined below.

Please note:

• A Service is not eligible for more than one refund under any circumstances.

• All refunds are processed in EUR. The customer bears sole responsibility for any exchange rate fluctuations between the payment date and the refund date.
